We're currently recruiting Logistics Services Representatives to join a leading multinational logistics company based in Porto.

Your Mission
As a Logistics Services Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring urgent and premium shipments are delivered successfully from booking through final delivery,ensuring exceptional service levels and seamless coordination across the entire transportation process.

Your responsibilities will include

- Monitor the full lifecycle of time-critical and premium shipments;
- Coordinate transportation activities and shipment bookings;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication;
- Collaborate with internal operational teams, management and external vendors;
- Anticipate, investigate and resolve transportation issues in real time;
- Ensure customers are continuously updated on shipment status;
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting operational targets and service levels;
- Support continuous process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

What We're Looking For
- Fluent English (mandatory a C1 level);
- Additional European languages will be highly valued (german, french, italian, or others);
- Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment;
- Previous experience in Logistics, Transportation, Freight Forwarding or Supply Chain;
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- Ability to work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders;
- Commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset;
- Experience handling premium, urgent or time-critical shipments is a plus;
- Experience within the Healthcare or Life Sciences sector is considered an advantage;
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- This team supports critical and emergency shipments across Europe and operates 24/7/365.
- For this reason, candidates must have genuine flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
